St. Philip Early Learning Center is a program open to all, and an outreach ministry of St. Philip Lutheran Church in Littleton, Colorado since 1984.  SPELC is a state licensed center operating from the last week of August through mid-May.  We offer a 4 hour program, Monday through Friday.
